Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation | Karachi

Role Overview
Drive industrial automation sales growth through lead generation, technical solution selling, and bid management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and control systems
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and bid submission
- Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers
- Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design and costing
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Support pre-sales and post-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in industrial automation / technical sales/project engineering
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, drives, or industrial control systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth
Admin & HR Officer | Karachi
Location: Korangi Industrial Area
Role Overview
Manage payroll, recruitment cycle, and admin coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll through ERP and employee compensation coordination
- Handle complete recruitment cycle (job posting to onboarding)
- Track employee expense reimbursements
- Implement and monitor performance evaluation processes
- Support administrative coordination, including vendor and payment follow-ups
Requirements
- B.Com / BBA / M.Com (HR preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR/Admin role
- Experience with payroll processing (ERP preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized and process-oriented

Key Responsibilities
- PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Drive programming and integration
- Design Control Panels, sizing of drives, selection of electrical components, motion control systems, and process control systems
- Define system configuration – control, power, and network layouts
- Mentor junior engineers, review electrical schematics, code, and HMI design
- Troubleshoot different control systems, including but not limited to Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, and GE-Fanuc
- Travel to customer sites for field troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning activities, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance on control panels at customer sites
- Perform commissioning activities such as panel installation, termination, and dry, cold, and hot testing. Perform FAT and SAT, and document testing procedures for control panels.
- Troubleshooting industrial communication network faults Modbus/Profibus/Profinet
Requirements
- MSc/BE with 5-7 years of experience in instrumentation, electrical, electronics, and applied physics
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel within Pakistan up to 20% for projects
- Own a Bike with a valid driving License
- Proficiency in word and excel, and windows OS
- A resident of Karachi, Korangi/Landhi/Malir candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with AUTOCAD Electrical, TIA Portal, and Studio5000 software
