Advantech's Energy Data Concentrator supports serial communication ports and several networking interfaces. Pre-installed with Advantech's WinCE WebAccess management software, the BEMG-4110 and BEMG-4220 are browser-controlled Energy Data Concentrators, whose Web Server function increases flexibility and convenience, making it easy to configure and maintain the system via the Internet. With a built-in driver, the BEMG-4110/4220 can connect to and collect data from a wide variety of automation equipment and devices.

Ethernet I/O Modules: ADAM-6000

In the past, integrating automation and enterprise systems required changing the entire architecture of the control system. Nowadays, Advantech ADAM-6000 accomplishes this integration easily through the latest internet technology, so that it can remotely monitor the device status more flexibly. Advantech's ADAM-6000 modules are empowered by Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Graphic Condition Logic (GCL), and can perform as standalone products for measurement, control and automation. With Advantech's P2P and GCL technology, no additional controllers or programming is needed. With the easy-to-use and intuitive graphic utility, system configurations can be done in an extremely short time. The members of ADAM-6000 series include Communication Controllers, Analog Input/Output Modules and Digital Input/Output Modules.

Advantech Analog I/O Modules

The analog input modules use microprocessor-controlled, high resolution, 16-bit, sigma-delta A/D converters to acquire sensor signals such as voltage, current, thermocouple or RTD.

Digital I/O Modules

The digital input/output channels provide three operational modes, with each channel able to set its operational mode independently. The counter/frequency module offers two 32-bit counter channels and a built-in programmable timer for frequency measurement. The relay module offers six isolated digital input channels and six isolated relay channels.

EtherNet/IP Modules

Advantech's ADAM-6100 series is a new line of Industrial Ethernet Remote I/O modules. Equipped with the EtherNet/IP protocol, ADAM-6100EI series also allows daisy chain connections, making it possible to transfer data much faster during process control and other industrial automation applications. Daisy chains also provide a more scalable system and using fewer wire s helps avoid interference common in factory settings. Their isolated design prevents the ADAM-6100 series from breaking down and helps resist harmful field interference.
