ADAM-4000 modules are the perfect choice for establishing a cost-effective remote I/O system. Customers can benefit from ADAM-4000 modules through its simple wiring --- using only two wires to communicate with their controller or other RS-485 devices. ADAM-4000 modules use the EIA RS-485 communication protocol; the industry's most widely used bi-directional, balanced transmission line suitable for industrial environments.

ADAM-4000 controllers include the ADAM-4500, ADAM-4501, and ADAM-4502. The ADAM-4501 is compact Ethernet-enabled controllers with an x86 CPU architecture, which supports not only an Ethernet interface but also serial ports. The Ethernet-enabled features include built-in HTTP Server, FTP Server and email alarm functions. The modularized I/O design provides high flexibility for versatile application requirements. |

Analog input modules supply many kinds of the sources, such like thermocouple, RTD, Thermistor or general analog signals. These modules use the EIA RS-485 communication protocol, the industry's most widely used bi-directional, balanced transmission line standard. They also support the Modbus/RTU protocol as the remote data transmission mechanism. Analog output modules can provide 1 channel to 4 channels to satisfy many kinds of application. |
